The Icon feature in the KPI tool allows users to enhance their visualizations by adding symbols or indicators to their KPI displays. With customizable options, including conditional formatting for color changes, this feature helps users highlight key insights, trends, or status indicators effectively. Below is a detailed guide to its features and settings.

Here's a quick guide to create Icon in KPI:

Icon Tab

Icon with Conditional Formatting

You can choose from over 100+ pre-uploaded icons to enhance your visuals.

These icons can dynamically change based on data conditions, helping you create a more interactive and meaningful representation of your data.

The selection process is intuitive, enabling you to find and apply the right icon for your use case effortlessly.

  • Default Icon: Set a default icon that appears when no conditional rules are active.

  • Add Rule: Define data conditions to dynamically change the icon.

    • Rule Name: Assign a meaningful name for easy identification.

    • Rule Type:

      • Single: Applies conditions to individual values.

      • Compare: Evaluates relationships between multiple values.

  • Target Field: Specify categories or data fields for comparison.

  • Sort Order: Arrange comparisons in Ascending or Descending order.

  • Condition: Define performance expectations: More is better or Less is better.
